We're Alejandro and Yanet, and when it comes to welcoming guests we give ourselves fully so they feel right at home. We're calm, respectful people and we love hosting friends in our home. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. We're flexible subject to availability — we coordinate over WhatsApp.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. Only guide or assistance dogs are permitted, in accordance with Uruguayan regulations.
How is payment made?
We accept cash (Uruguayan pesos, US dollars or Brazilian reais) and bank transfer (Uruguayan pesos or US dollars). Booking directly on WhatsApp gets you the best price.
Can I charge my electric car?
Yes. We have covered parking with a Schuko outlet (3 kW), available for a small extra fee. Let us know when booking.
Is parking free?
Only the house includes a covered garage. The apartment does not have a garage. Street parking in front of the property is allowed and free. If you book the apartment and need to charge your EV, you may use the garage subject to availability.
